What you write/tagline/trademark: I write contemporary romance. I thought about having my tagline be: Sizzling, Sweet Romance but not sure if that sounds like too much. LOL
Place in the book world: Still looking! Although I did win first place in the Sweet Romance category of a writing contest. My first manuscript (not the one that won an award) is currently collecting dust bunnies under my bed. Don’t feel sorry for it though. It belongs there. But my characters from that book do come out and chat with me every so often to tell me they want a rewrite.
On a scale of hugger to 10-foot-pole, please rate your personal space: Not a hugger but if you initiate a hug, I’ll return it.
Something VERY serious: How do you take your Starbucks? I’m super boring. I’m happy drinking just plain drip coffee or a latte. Although I do add cinnamon to whatever I choose.
The unique talking points that will get you going for hours: Oh, geez. If you were to eavesdrop on me and my husband you would find us talking about Christianity (apologetics, false teachers, sharing the gospel (sorry this isn’t capitalized I have keyboard issues!). I’m happy to chat about books, rom com movies, foster care, and baking.
Loved ones at home you’ll be missing: My husband and two boys. And I guess our cat. I’m not a cat person but…people change.
Conference goals we can pray for? No anxiety! That should cover everything! I feel like I have so many people I want to chat with and see, too.
Anything we can celebrate with you? Just getting to go to conference is a major success! I became a proofreader this year with LPC books and that has helped to supplement the cost.
